Steve Hillman
Founding Partner President/CEO

Steve brings over 45 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering, and program management to the table. Mark Lee
Founding Partner/CFO

Mark is the founder and Chairman of AeroMark, LLC, a legacy family of aerospace maintenance, manufacturing, and overhaul companies across the globe. He brings corporate governance, financial expertise, and vision to the Team.

Bryan Seegers
Founding Partner/Chief Scientist

Bryan has been building and developing gas turbine engines since 1978. After demonstrating the first practical turbojet for model aircraft in 1987-88, he founded M-DOT and remained President until 2011, when the firm was acquired by Mark Lee.

Senior Engineer

Dave has been affiliated with the Redline engineering team since 2005, with responsibility for turbomachinery design and analysis as well as supervision and conducting of all test activities.
